About the AMP Graduate Program 
You’ll complete a two-year program that is specifically designed to equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge to thrive in the corporate world. Our aim is to nurture you by providing a holistic development experience using the Learning Model 70/20/10 as the foundation. So, why wait? Australian & New Zealand Citizens and Australian Permanent Residents only

 

Roles available for Graduates

We offer roles across 3 streams - Accounting & Finance, Financial Services & Technology. EOI open in March, you can find more information on our website.​

Degree Subjects Required for Graduates wishing to apply

Accounting & Finance - Applicants must have successfully completed an accredited degree and pre-requisite subjects that allow them to enrol in the CA Program.

​

Financial Services – There are no limitations as to what degrees can apply to this stream. AMP welcomes candidates from all disciplines.

​

Technology – Applicants must have studied either Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems or Software Engineering and have a passion for financial services.
