The Coles Graduate program offers two accelerated, high-touch leadership development programs, giving graduates the opportunity to own and drive high-profile projects as they gain functional expertise across multiple rotations.
Whether working in stores or sites as part of the Operations Program, or in one of the many different functions on the Store Support Centre (Corporate) Program based in Melbourne, from day one team members in graduate roles will see the outcomes of their work make a meaningful impact on the lives of millions of Australians.

During our programs, graduates will develop the core and specialist skills they need to kick start their career at Coles, with rotations in different areas of the business expanding and growing your knowledge. The Coles Store Support Centre (Corporate) Program offers opportunities across 20 different business functions: Agri Business, Commercial, Central Operations, Coles Liquor, Corporate Affairs, eCommerce, Engineering & Manufacturing, Emerging Business, Export, Finance, Legal, Marketing, Own Brand, People & Culture, Procurement, Property, Safety , Supply Chain, Sustainability and Technology.
Degree Subjects Required for Graduates wishing to apply
Store Support Centre (Corporate) Graduate program requires a minimum of an undergraduate (Bachelors) degree in any discipline and Operations program required a minimum of any tertiary qualification in any discipline.
