What can you expect as a Graduate?
The Coles Group Graduate program is a two-year program (three years for finance) offering a variety rotations within their chosen stream.
Graduates are given significant ownership of key deliverables, supported by their line managers, while also facing challenges that encourage continuous skill development and preparation for their next rotations. Development includes cross-functional move opportunities, Innovation Project, virtual and face to face learning, networking, leadership exposure, and numerous workshops. Plus, you can look forward to a guaranteed job at the end!
Locations where there are vacancies for graduates
The Coles Store Support Centre (HQ) is based in Hawthorn East, Melbourne.
We have adopted a hybrid model; team members can work from the Coles SSC for at least three days and work remotely for two days
Residency requirements for Graduates wishing to apply
Australian or New Zealand citizens or permanent residents at the time of application can apply.
**If you hold a Temporary Graduate Visa (subclass 485) by October 31st 2025 that is valid until at least February 14th 2028, you are eligible to apply for the Technology stream only.
