Our values-based culture is reflected in how we go about our business and in what we expect from ourselves. Our values guide all aspects of our operations, and include empathy, clarity, collaboration, and growth.

Buy: Finance is a leader in government procurement. We utilise strong buying power to secure products and services for government, delivering value-for-money outcomes to the WA taxpayer.

Collect: Finance collects revenue on behalf of government and administers the payments of grants and subsidies to the community.
