Software Development & Engineering Grad Program.
Our Software Development & Engineering Grad Program is designed for you to learn, grow, and make an impact.
We invest in developing your talents with training and mentorship, and we challenge you with engaging work that ensures you can make an impact and build your skills.
We appreciate unique and independent thinking, so don’t be afraid to speak up. As a grad, you will be exposed to different projects, teams, and ways of working and will be fully immersed into the REA culture.

Upon completion of the 12-month Graduate program, you will be offered a permanent role at REA Group as an Associate Developer!
Marketing Grad Program.
As part of the 18 -month graduate program, you will rotate through our consumer and customer marketing teams, helping to deliver value across our suite of products.
With our Graduate positions located in Melbourne, this is a hands-on program that will enable you to work across both B2C and B2B products. Everything is produced in-house, which means you will be working with stakeholders from all parts of the business, including our General Managers.
To ensure success in the program, we’re looking for strong communicators who can bring curiosity to the table as well as thrive in a fast-paced and (at times) ambiguous working environment.
The working culture in our Marketing teams is collaborative, with plenty of support available. Be prepared to create and think big! You will also be part of the wider REA Graduate community that will see you make connections and friendships that will travel with you throughout your career.
At the end of the program, you will be a well-rounded marketing professional, having marketed one of Australia’s loved brands. Once you finish the program, you will be able to apply for a position in our Marketing team.
Finance Graduate Program.
From day one as an REA graduate, you will be immersed into both the graduate and finance community.
Our programs are designed to stretch and challenge you, while providing the experience and skills to help you progress in your career.
At the end of the program, you will be a well-rounded financial professional, providing you with both the technical and professional skills to build a successful career in finance.
From a buddy to a mentor to rotation manager, we have the structures in place to ensure you feel supported each step of the way.
As a graduate you will complete the 18-month rotational program, rotating within three areas of the business – Group Reporting, Commercial Finance & Risk and Internal Audit.
Our Finance community is thirsty for knowledge and curious to learn and discover new and different skills. So, we want you to put your ideas forward, challenge the status quo and identify even better ways to help us drive results quickly. Grads at REA Group have an impact.

Software Development & Engineering:
We know that skill and knowledge development come from a variety of places. All degrees are eligible, but disciplines such as Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Data, Mathematics, Statistics, are desired.
Marketing:
A degree in Business, Commerce or a related field with a Major in Marketing is preferred.
Finance:
A degree in Business, Commerce or a related field with a Major in Finance or Accounting is preferred.
